By placing an order on the webshop of the Genoni museums managed by Giunone Soc Coop, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions described below.
How to purchase tickets
With a single transaction, users can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets.
Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment.
The purchase of the ticket is completed with the payment and the subsequent confirmation of the success of the operation.
Once the transaction completed with payment is complete, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the reservation.
Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Amex credit card, following the instructions available on the site.
The credit card transaction takes place through the purchase system created with Woocommerce which uses the secure Sumup server, at no stage of the purchase procedure the ticketing system or the back office staff members are able to know the number of customer’s credit card, the sending and exchange of data takes place on a protected and encrypted internet connection according to the most advanced service management standards
Confirmation of purchase
If the payment is successful, the system displays the purchase confirmation containing the identification code of the transaction.
At the same time, the user receives an e-mail confirming the purchase with an indication of the type of tickets purchased, the price paid and how to collect the tickets.
How to collect tickets
The ticket can be collected at the ticket offices of the museums following presentation of the purchase confirmation email which has the value of a voucher.
Tickets can also be collected by a person other than the holder of the email.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
We inform you that having the Contract as its object the provision of services relating to leisure time that the Organizer undertakes to provide on a specific date, the Contract, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph I, lett. n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for by art. 52 of the Consumer Code. The Customer will therefore not be able to exercise this right in relation to the purchase of the Entrance Tickets.
Reimbursement
In the event of a waiver by the user or an incorrect purchase, there will be no refund of the price of the ticket paid. There is also no refund for those tickets that have been purchased but not collected.
Once confirmed, reservations cannot be changed.
Reduced ticket
There is a reduction for young citizens of the European Union from 18 to 25 and over 65. The tickets that give the right to the reduction must be shown when collecting the tickets.
Combined ticket
Cumulative ticket holders must keep the coupon until all the museums and sites have been visited. The ticket can only be activated at all museums and sites of the museum system of the Municipality of Genoni.
Free ticket
There is a free ticket to the museums for:
All children under 12. Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied.
Temporary and permanent teachers in service at Italian public or private schools. To prove their service status, teachers must present appropriate documentation issued by MIUR at the ticket office. No other documentation will be accepted nor will it be possible to issue a self-certification. In the event that the MIUR documentation is not presented, the full ticket must be paid.
Tourist guides in the exercise of their professional activity must exhibit a valid license, issued by the competent authority.
Tourist interpreters, when their work is needed alongside the guide, must show a valid license issued by the competent authority.
The staff of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities.
The members of ICOM (International Council of Museums).
Reasons for study and research, attested by school or university institutions, academies, research institutes and Italian or foreign culture, by bodies of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities, or for particular and motivated needs, the heads of institutes can allow subjects who request free admission for specific periods.
The handicapped and a family member or other companion who proves his / her membership in social and health assistance services.
Journalists enrolled in the professional register and foreign journalists included in the special lists attached to the register of journalists (articles 26, 27 and 28 of the law 3/2/1963, n. 69), upon presentation of a valid membership card ‘order of journalists (the cards must be equipped with the annual stamp affixed by the order of journalists or the relative “stamp” referring to the current year).
The tickets that give the right to free tickets must be shown when collecting the tickets.
For children under six (even outside the EU) admission is free and it is not necessary to book.
The free admission is valid only for admission tickets to museums.
